Women's Interlink Foundation an ngo I work with, was responsible in distributing relief in the form of milk powder, rice, dal, sugar, salt, chire, puffed rice, biscuits and a huge quantum of used garments to the students of their nabadisha school and other children of the locality at the above club premise on 23.01.2010. I have seen with my own eyes the work books of these students, that have been burnt in the devastating fire that affected 124 families at 36 Debendra Chandra Dey Road in ward 57. Besides the above activity they were also responsible for distribution of household utensils to all the 86 families on 24.01.2010. I being present on 23.01.2010, directed some of my hon health workers to lend a helping hand in the distribution process, to which they gladly agreed to.
